What exactly does Max Shopping the USA do?

You send us links to products on any US online store. We reply with one all-in quote covering your items, our service, and shipping to your door. If you approve and pay, we purchase the items with our own US accounts and ship them to your address, with tracking. We are a personal shopping service — not a store.

How does payment work?

After you approve your quote, we send a secure invoice link (PayPal, Stripe, or Wise depending on your country). We never ask for your card number directly and you should never send it to us. Payment is collected before we purchase your items; nothing is bought until you have paid the agreed amount.

How long does shipping take?

Typically 7–21 days door-to-door after purchase, depending on your country and the shipping option you choose. We give you a delivery estimate with your quote and a tracking number as soon as your parcel ships.

Who pays customs and import duties?

You do, as the importer of record. Import duties, VAT, and customs fees are charged by your country's customs authority when the parcel arrives, and vary by country and item value. They are never included in our quote unless we explicitly say so. Many countries have a duty-free threshold — check your country's rules before ordering high-value items, and ask us if you're unsure.

What items can't you ship?

We cannot ship: weapons or weapon parts, ammunition, standalone lithium batteries and power banks, aerosols and flammable liquids, perfumes containing alcohol (destination-dependent), perishable food, plants and seeds, prescription medication, tobacco and vape products, counterfeit goods, cash or precious metals, and anything restricted by the carrier or illegal in your destination country. Electronics with built-in batteries (phones, laptops) are usually fine. When in doubt, ask before submitting.

What if my item arrives damaged or is lost?

Every shipment includes basic carrier coverage, and we offer additional insurance on your quote for high-value items. If a parcel arrives damaged, send us photos within 48 hours of delivery and we file the claim with the carrier on your behalf. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, you receive a refund of the item cost and shipping per the carrier's claim outcome, as detailed in our Terms.

What is your refund policy?

Before purchase: full refund, no questions. After we've purchased your items: refunds depend on the US store's own return policy — if the store accepts the return, we process it and refund you minus return shipping and a service charge. Items that stores won't take back (final sale, opened electronics, worn shoes) can't be refunded.

How fast will I get my quote?

Within 24 hours, usually much faster. Quotes are sent by email and WhatsApp and are valid for 7 days (US store prices can change).

Which US stores can you buy from?

Almost any US online retailer: Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Best Buy, Nike, Adidas, Target, outlet stores, and brand websites. Auction purchases and marketplaces with individual sellers (used items on eBay, Grailed, etc.) are possible but quoted case-by-case.

Can you combine items from different stores into one shipment?

Yes — consolidation is one of the biggest ways to save. We receive all your items at our US address, repack them into one box, and ship once. You pay one international shipping charge instead of several.
